Once again the good old unions ensured this did not happen. So the flood of companies moving their operations abroad to countries where the workforce was prepared to work and the unions were kept in a subservient roll where they very definitely belong, increased 10 fold. Can unions offer employment for the citizens of our nation or create the necessary wealth from which all these public services are financed? That was of course a rhetorical question as we all know that unions can only lose jobs,cause poverty and retard industrial progress.
