Adoptees who have now reunited with their (natural) families?
I know that most people said that they couldn't thank their natural parents, but I met my birth mother 2 years ago after 25 years of not even knowing that I was adopted. I actually did thank her for abandoning me because the life that I had with the person I consider my mother was perfect. If she had not abandoned me I would have missed out on the wonderful relationship that I have with my mother. So, I think it depend on how the adoptee's life was. If the spent their lives in foster homes or worse, then chances are, they will have resentment toward the birth family. The reunion with her was pleasant. I found out I have 5 brother and sisters. I will never have that mother/daughter bond with her but she is a great friend.
