Book summary analysis?

I just read the book "A Mad Desire To Dance" by Elie Wiesel and it was a difficult book to understand. Can someone tell me in their own words everything that happened in the book or at least the important parts like the ending? This is not a homework assignment (it's summer!!!!!). I just want to know for my own personal knowledge. Thank you.
