The city of milwaukee has mandated that employers "shall adopt, implement,and maintain awritten smokig policy which shall contain prohibition against smoking in restrooms and infirmaries." Employers must also "maintainanonsmoking areaof not less than two thirds capacity incafeterias, lunchrooms, and employee lounges, and make efforts to work out disputes between smokersandnonsmokers.
