How are blacks supposed to develop a positive self-image of themselves in a society?

When the first black African kidnapped another black African and sold them into slavery the problem of insignificance began. The problem of slavery in the America's was a problem of black on black crime. The problem continues today. It is no wonder the black community has no positive self-worth they victimize one another from birth. Black significance must begin at home.
