I'm just wondering because, I'm afraid that will be too hard for me. I don't play any sports. I've worked out every other day during the school year but I've taken a 2 week break, and when I did workout I barely did any cardio. I run a 10 or so minute mile. Last year I tried football but I fainted 3 days in, during a surprise mile. I had to quit and wasted 300 dollars of my parents money. I don't want to do the same here. If the question is really subjective and confusing, can I have a summary of a typical day. Thank you in Advance.
