New exercises to add to my Workout plan?

Ok so atm I am doing the 200 Squats, 200 Sit ups and 100 Push ups challenges and am currently on week 4 just started. I think I'll start the push up sections again as I was doing too wide a base and it hasn't helped with the actual strength and size of my Chest , shoulder or arms. I also do weights 2 sets ( 15 chest-presses, 15 chest-flies, 15 front raises, 10 side raises- always find these hard, 15 rows, 15 hammer curls, 15 inside curls and 25 triceps lifts) all at 5kg I know that isn't a lot. So I ma looking for exercises to add to these to help 1) improve strength 2) improve my physique ie lose fat and bigger muscles 3) come over with a more lean look not any of that body build shapes but perhaps more like this ( http://www.feastoffun.com/topics/hunks/2010/09/05/hunky-male-model-allen-clippinger-has-a-twin-brother/ the first male picture). I also take protein shakes any good recommendations to fully achieve this, atm I take maxi muscle cyclone but am going to be change to a cheaper but identical brand. Also from what I have told you how long would it take to get these results, I know it won't be a few weeks but how many months of hard training and watching what I eat will it take?
