Shutter Island Book/Movie Reviw?

I've read the book and seen the movie. The book is much better...as usual. Although the movie itself isn't bad. DiCaprio gives a strong performance as well as others in the supporting cast. If you watch the trailer, you'll probably be able to guess what the twist is, but there is more to the story than just that. :)
