So confusing some one please help?

Ok so if you have been following along then you would see why i say this is confusing but for those who don't know her go a brief summary. I took my mirena out on march13 2011 after having it in for two yrs than i bleed from march 15-19 and me and my husband are trying to conceive and we be putting a few days between so that we have a better chance. We had sex eleven times since than and i had bleed just enough for tissues but not a pad on the 9th and the 27th of June i had some blood work done about two weeks ago and i did a hpt. Yesterday and everything is negative but my stomach hurt and my eating habits have changed since please w/o being sarcastic can some one please help and tell me what you think
